Entry via Octagon Road, off St Marks Road, Darling Point
Enrolment in the 2024 Autumn AHA program opens for Ascham families on Monday 18 March and external students on Monday 25 March, 2024.

General Information
Age Guidelines
A student’s age/year group is taken as of the current calendar year Activities will be split into age-appropriate groups (numbers permitting).
Illness
Procedures are in place to support both students and staff. Students may be subject to temperature checks on arrival, program numbers are limited and any students who present with cold or flu symptoms will not be permitted to attend the AHA.
Location
All holiday programs take place at the Hillingdon Campus of Ascham School. Entry is off Octagon Road, Darling Point.
Drop Off and Pick Up
All students attending the programs should enter the School via the Octagon Road gates and proceed around the carpark. A car line will operate from 8.30am (for drop off) and 3 30–4pm (for pick up)
Timing
AHA programs run from 9am–3.30pm daily. Please ensure participants arrive, check-in and are collected on time.
Following Ascham Holiday Academy, optional after-hours care will operate from 3pm–6pm at an extra cost Please book: https://theircare.com.au/. Afternoon tea is provided for those in after-hours only.
Medical Conditions
Medical conditions should be disclosed at the point of booking and action plans, or relevant documentation, forwarded to the AHA Manager.
What to Bring
All participants are to wear appropriate clothing, including a hat for when outside, and closed-in shoes. All children must bring their own morning tea, lunch and drinks. Additional required items will be advised the week prior to your child’s activities
Photo Permission
Photographs may be taken by AHA staff and may be used for Ascham publications, on the website and social media. If you do not wish your child’s photograph to be used, please notify at the time of booking.

StarTime Designer For The Day
Years K-6 Monday 15 April

Be the head designer of your own clothing company and express your unique artistic creativity as you design and paint your own Tshirt.
Start the day learning some of the fundamentals of design and then put your knowledge to the test by drafting and crafting a unique t-shirt design to kick off your budding brand! Top it all off with an exhibition and fashion parade for your friends as you showcase your fashion creations!
Easter Bunny’s Bon Voyage

Join the party at our Easter Bunny's Bon Voyage Bash where we bid farewell to the beloved Easter Bunny until next year! Join us for a day filled with enchanting activities, including bunny ears decorating, spirited bunny hop races, and the creation of captivating Easter-themed artwork. We’ll wrap up with an exhilarating egg hunt, because it’s not a true Bunny Bash without some choccy hunting!
Triple Play
Years K - 6 Wednesday 17 April

Triple Play consists of three fun and different activities which may include sport, art, cooking, dance, STEM or drama. No two Triple Play days are the same with each activity designed to engage and excite participants.

Utilise your curiosity and put on those thinking caps as you join us for our dynamic STEAM day! Designed to inspire creativity and critical thinking, our program offers a stimulating blend of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics activities. From hands-on engineering projects to artistic expressions, the day will be filled with discovery and exploration

StarTime FilmMaking Masters with Minecraft Years K–6

If you love Minecraft, and you love sharing your creativity, then this workshop is just for you! Using iPads as a movie making device, green screen technology and your unique Minecraft world, you will be well on your way to becoming a movie producer! This workshop will free your imagination and give you all the technical skills necessary to become a Master Minecraft-Movie Maker.
